Fantasy Games will be running 2 different Friday Night Magic events beginning August 6th.
You can now choose to play in our regular Standard Tournament ($3.00 entry fee) or join in the new Booster Draft ($15.00 entry fee).
Both tournaments will receive a full set of FNM foil cards and booster packs (dependent on attendance).
Another big week for Privateer Press with release for both Warmachine and Hordes.
Warmachine has 3 new plastic kits. The Cygnar Firefly and Protectorate Vigilant both retail for $18.99 and contain 1 model. Cryx’s Ripjaw Bonejack kit contains 2 models and retails for $19.99 a box.
The big release this week is the Hordes Primal Mk II rulebooks. The softcover edition is $29.99 and the limited hardcover edition is $44.99.
We’ve received a load of new items today. There are Hordes beasties, Patfinder modules, card game, and new paint sets as well as a minor Malifaux restock.
From Privateer Press there are 3 new Hordes releases. The Legion of Everblight has a mighty Heavy Warbeast in the Scythean, $44.99. Lord Carver, BDDM, Esq. III is a powerful new Farrow Warlock priced at $13.99. The Farrow have also grown a massive new creature in the War Hog Heavy Warbeast, $44.99.
Paizo continues to produce quality support for the pathfinder RPG. Kingmaker, part 5, War of the River Kings and a 10th level module, Curse of the Riven Sky provide GMs with ready-to-go adventures. The Kingmaker Poster Map Folio contains highly detailed maps of the Stolen lands, the city of Pitax, and the village of Varnhold. City of Strangers is a Pathfinder Chronicles setting book for the outcast city of Kaer Maga. The Pirate Island flip map expands the range of highly detailed, reusable battle maps. Finishing out our set of releases is the Game Mastery Plot Twist Cards, a new tool for inspiring creativity and roleplaying.
The Army Painter’s newest products are the Warpaints: Wargaming Starter Paint Set. Each boxed set contains 2 brushes, 10 dropper bottles of paint and a can of spray primer in Black or White. Both sets are $37.50. Also available is a new plastic cutter for $9.99.
Last of the new arrivals is Z-Man Games’ Mountain of Inferno, $10.00. This clever little card game uses the Chinese classic Journey to the West as a springboard for the battles of the Monkey king, Monk Pig and the Buffalo Demon King.

Saturday Sealed Release Tournament – Sign-up ends at 12:30pm. This tournament features limited edition promotional cards from Wizards of the Coast. This is the only tournament with the promo cards!

All Sealed tournament cost $25.00 to enter. Players will receive 6 packs of M2011 boosters to build their decks. All Booster Draft tournament cost $15.00 to enter. Players will receive 3 packs of M2011 boosters for drafting. All tournaments include prize support in the form of booster packs.
M2011 went on sale at midnight Thursday (12:01am Friday for the technical minded!) following the sign-up for the Midnight Madness booster draft.

A big week of new arrivals for Privateer Press at Fantasy Games.
Hordes Mk II has been in the works for some time now with open playtests on the internet. Now, Privateer Press has released the first of the Mk II products with faction decks for the Hordes armies. Each deck contains cards for the units released to date, plus cards for “aligned” minions. Decks are $18.99 and available for Trollbloods, Circle Orboros, Legion of Everblight, or Skorne.
New models stomp onto the battlefield for Hordes this week as well. The Trollblood Swamp Troll, $20.99, has climbed out of his favorite fen to aid his kin. The Circle has enchanted a mighty Wold Guardian, $27.99, to defend their forest depths. And Skorne has set the Titan Sentry, $44.99, on watch against all attackers.
Warmachine players should not feel left out this week! The Forces of Warmachine books have completed their run with the Mercenaries book. This book details the sellswords and warcasters for hire of the Iron Kingdoms. It is available in an affordable Softcover Edition, $34.99, or as a durable Limited Edition Hardcover, $44.99.
Finally, Privateer released Token Sets for each faction in Warmachine. Each set is $11.99. Each faction (Cygnar, Protectorate, Khador, Cryx, Retribution, and Mercenaries) has their own unique token mix and vibrant color for easy identification on the table-top.
