Grand Prix Trial May 17th, 2008 |

We're hosting a GP Trial for GP Indianapolis!
This event will be a Sealed Swiss tournament with a draft for the Top 8.
Entry fee is $25.00
Pre-registration (with payment) is encouraged to reserve a spot.
Doors open at 10:00am EST
Sign-ups end at 10:50am EST
Cards will be handed out at 11:00am EST |

Invited players MUST RSVP their intention to play by 8:00 pm on Friday 3/21
If players do not RSVP, their spots will be offered to another player and they will not be able to play in the Store Finals.
Make sure to RSVP
Play will begin when all players are present or 1:00pm. If a player is late to the first round they will receive a match loss and be eliminated from the tournament |

2 Hero Clix events With Fin-Fang-Foom! |

Sealed Booster Date Changed to March 1st
In Feb Fantasy Games will hold 2 Hero Clix events will feature a random give-a-way Fin-Fang-Foom for each event. During the last round of the the tournaments we will random select one participant to recieve this awesome prize.
The events will be: Feb 9th, 300point team, entry fee $10 and Mar 1st, Crisis Sealed, entry fee $20. The top 4 finishers in each tournament will recieve a set of promos figs. See details below.
We have extra Promos available as purchase incentives. Starting Feb 1st, for each $25.00 in Wiz Kids items you buy, you may choose 1 promo from the lot. First come first served.

Morintide Release weekend starts Thursday night Jan 31st, 2008 |
|
The Morningtide release for Magic the gathering we begin at 11:30 pm on Thursday Jan 31st, 2008.
We have the following events scheduled for the release:
Thur Jan 31: Booster Draft. Sign up at 11:30pm and our draft will start at 12:01 am friday morning. cost is $12.00. each player will recieve 1 lorwyn and 2 morningtide boosters for the draft. There will be additional morningtide packs given to the top finishers.
Fri Feb1: Friday night Magic Booster Draft. Sign up by 6:40p, Draft begins at 6:45p. Cost is $12.00. each player will recieve 1 lorwyn and 2 morningtide boosters for the draft. There will be additional morningtide packs given to the top finishers in addition to the normal foil cards awarded at FNM.
Sat Feb 2: Sealed Deck. Sign up by 12:30pm Cost is $23.00. Each player will recieve a lorwyn starter and 2 Morningtide bosters to build a deck. Plus each player who play through the last round of Swiss (probably 5) will recieve a bonus pack of morningtide. Everyone wins!. There will some additional packs for the top 8 based on W/L record.
Sat Feb 2: Texas Hold'em Tournament. Sign up by 7pm. First buy $10. Optional rebuy through the first hour $10.00. PRizes are Morning tide for the top 4 or 5 based on attendance.
We will Have Morningtide Packs, Boxes, Fatpacks and Theme decks on sale Friday morning at 12:01 am (thursday night).
We will attempt to have our singles binder built for the release.
Remember, starting with the Morningtide release, new sets become T2 legal on release. Our first Type 2 with Morningtide legal will be held on Wed Feb 6 followed by FNM on Feb 8th.
The store is taking preorders now on booster boxes for the special rate of $90.00 until 11:59pm on wed Jan 30st. |
